Shipping policy

Here at Pretty Tresses LLC we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best quality service and products. Standard shipping will take up to 2-7 business days depending on where you are located. All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery to ensure products have been delivered to accurate destination. 

In the event that an item is received and changes need to be made you will need to contact Pretty Tresses LLC at prettytresses00@gmail.com. There is a strict NO REFUND policy. If there has been an issue with the quality of a product an exchange may be made after further investigation of the issue. Pretty Tresses LLC will not be responsible for any quality issues after hair has been altered with any chemical service such as color, bleach lightening, perm etc.  Items with any issues should be shipped back to Pretty Tresses LLC with all details regarding the issue.
