Refund policy

At Pretty Tresses LLC our mission is to provide best quality products for our customers. Unfortunately there is a NO refund policy, exchange only. In the event an exchange is needed the original items must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Once the item is received and further inspected to ensure the product is in its original state as it was when shipped then an exchange may be granted.
