Shipping & Returns

Here at Pretty Tresses LLC we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service and products. Once an order is submitted it will be processed within 3-5 days. All processing information is handled Monday-Friday. Flat rate shipping is 5-7 business days. Express shipping is 2-3 business days. No shipping is done weekends or Holidays. 

In the event that an order is returned or needs changes made to an order please email us at support@shopprettytresses.com within 7 days of purchase. All items that are being returned should be untampered with, inside original packaging, and free of damage. With all returned or exchange orders please include order number and details of return. 

Please note that you are responsible for shipping cost of the returned or exchange it. Returns can be done at your local post office USPS. Once item has been shipped please send tracking for Pretty Tresses LLC will not be liable for any lost packages.
